The concentrated juices, also known by the abbreviation FCJ (Frozen Concentrate Juice), are juices extracted from fruit with excellent quality, selected and properly sanitized, which are then submitted to concentration in evaporators through water evaporation in order to obtain the product with the desired characteristics. After the evaporation process, the juice concentrates are suitably packaged and frozen for distribution and marketing.
